How to Participate

1. Every S$500 spent (up to a maximum of 3 combined receipts for Qualifying Transaction from any participating agents at NATAS Holidays 2022 from 12 August to 14 August 2022) entitles consumers to one NATAS Grand Draw chance. *Exception : Minimum spend of S$500 is not required for 3rd Prize – Etiqa Travel Infinite Lucky Draw.
2. Customers who have purchased the Travel Insurance Product – Travel Infinite from Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. from 12 August 2022 to 14 August 2022 is entitled to Double the Chances at the NATAS Grand Draw. The total value of purchases to be entitled for the draw remains at a minimum of S$500. Double the Chances is not applicable for the 3rd Prize – Etiqa Travel Infinite Lucky Draw.
3. A “Qualifying Transaction” is defined to include all purchase of Travel Packages, Air Tickets, Accommodations, Land Packages and Travel Insurance Plans and Travel Related Products and Services at participating agents at the Event. Qualifying Transactions have to be made on the same day during the Promotion period. Proof of Purchase shall be by Official Receipt or Charge Slips if purchases are made by Credit Card on NETS. Proof of Purchase of Travel Insurance Plan shall be by Certificate of Insurance or Policy Schedule.
4. *To participate in the 3rd Prize -Etiqa Travel Infinite Lucky Draw to win a Royal Caribbean Cruise Trip for 04 pax, customers must apply for the Travel Insurance Product online via www.etiqa.com.sg (with the promo code given onsite ) or via on-site application at NATAS Holidays 2022. The Travel Insurance Product’s premium must have been fully paid.

Terms & Conditions

1 NATAS Grand Draw is open to all customers who spend a minimum of S$500 at NATAS Holidays 2022 from 12 August to 14 August 2022. *Exception: Minimum spend of S$500 is not required for 3rd Prize -Etiqa Travel Infinite Lucky Draw. Refer to No. 16 of the T&C.
2 Only Travel Insurance Product purchased from Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. during the fair period is eligible for Double the Chances at the NATAS Grand Draw. Any other products purchased from Etiqa Insurance Pte Ltd will not be eligible for Double the Chances during the draw. Note that Double the Chances is not applicable for the 3rd Prize – Etiqa Travel Infinite Lucky Draw.
3 All NATAS employees and their immediate family members, appointed agencies and all sponsors associated with this promotion are not eligible for the Draw.
4 NATAS reserves the right to replace the NATAS Grand Draw prizes / premiums with other items of similar value without giving any prior notice.
5 The Organiser’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Draw is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
6 The Organiser reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Draw (including eligibility terms and criteria) herein at any time during NATAS Holidays 2022 at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
7 The Organiser and/ or its affiliates shall not be liable to any winner or customer for any loss, damage, and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever caused as a result of the winner/customer’s use and/or enjoyment of any of the prizes.
8 The Draw will be conducted at NATAS Office on Friday, 19 August 2022.
9 Results of the Draw will be published on NATAS Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/NATAS.official/ and website natastravelfair.travel on Monday, 22 August 2022.
10 Winners will be notified by post.
11 By participating in this NATAS Grand Draw and its mandatory survey, participants expressly consent to NATAS collecting, using and disclosing the personal data provided in the form for includes but not limited to conducting research and subsequent publishing of an industry aggregate report.
12 Participants also expressly consent to NATAS disclosing the personal data provided to its official partners and sponsors, for the purpose of verifying the particulars of winners of the NATAS Grand Draw.
13 By participating in the NATAS Grand Draw, participants give consent and absolute right to the organiser to use their names, photographs and their prizes as materials for the purposes of advertising, marketing, sharing of information with third-parties, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice.
14 The term “Organiser” mentioned in this Terms & Conditions refers to NATAS, or namely the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore.
15 NATAS reserves the right to amend its Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
16 Special Draw-Etiqa Travel Infinite Promotion :
  1. This NATAS Holidays Travel Fair 2022 x Etiqa Travel Infinite Promotion (“Campaign”), organised by Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. (“Etiqa”), is valid from 12 August 2022 to 14 August 2022, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  2. This Campaign is open to all Singapore citizen(s), Singapore Permanent Resident(s) and Foreigner(s) with valid Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependant’s Pass or Long-Term Visit Pass.
  3. This Campaign is only applicable for the application of the following Product at the NATAS Holidays Travel Fair during the Campaign Period via the following 2 purchasing channels:

    b) Manual application forms

  4.   Discount
    a)  Customer will need to enter the Promotion Code [check onsite at Etiqa Booth 5H33] in the promo code field upon application to enjoy the applicable Discount.
    b)  The Promotion Code is valid for one time use only.
    c)   The Promotion Code is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity.
  5.   Sign-up Gift
    a)   Each policy purchase will be entitled to one (1) Sign-up Gift in accordance to the premium amount of the policy, regardless of the number of insured under the policy.
    b)   The Sign-up Gift is given on a while stock last basis.
  6.   Lucky Draw Prize
    a)   To qualify for the Lucky Draw (“Qualifying Customer”):
            i) Customer must apply for the Product online via www.etiqa.com.sg or via on-site application at the NATAS Holidays Travel Fair during the Campaign Period, which is accepted by Etiqa; and
           ii) The Product’s premium must have been fully paid.
    b)   Each policy purchase will entitle the customer one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw.
  7. Conduct of the Lucky Draw and Redemption of the Prize
    a) There will be one (1) main prize for the Lucky Draw : A Royal Caribbean cruise trip for 04 pax (including seaport tax and gratuities) given as a travel voucher worth S$3300.
    b) The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 19 August 2022 at the premises of NATAS Office at 120 Lower Delta Road, Singapore 169208.
    c) Winners will be notified by email by 01 September 2022 using the email address provided to Etiqa at the point of purchase of the Product. Etiqa shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to contact and notify the prize winner.
    d) Redemption steps for the Prize will be sent by email within seven (7) working days after the date of the notification email. Information on how to redeem the Prize shall form part of these terms and conditions.
    e) Etiqa may use a third-party vendor for the Prize redemption for this Lucky Draw. Your relevant personal data will be shared with the third-party vendor and their subcontractors (if any), for this purpose.
    f) The Prize which is not won or remain unclaimed after two (2) months of notification shall be forfeited and the Prize shall be passed to the next winner, as determined by Etiqa.
    g) The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or credit or for any other items.
  8. This Campaign is not valid for customers who have cancelled or free-look existing policy/policies with Etiqa within the last 14 days.
  9. This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any on-going existing insurance promotions, coupons, staff discounts and privileges, unless otherwise stated.
  10. Existing terms and conditions for the product apply.
  11. Etiqa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion, including changing the terms or terminating the Campaign at any point in time before the stated Campaign Period without prior notice, by posting such amendment(s) to www.etiqa.com.sghttps://tiq.com.sg/.
  12. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you consent to Etiqa’s disclosure and/or use of your name, photograph and personal particulars given to Etiqa, for the purposes of the Lucky Draw, and any publicity and promotional materials and activities related thereto.
  13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, publicity, brochure, marketing or other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  14. By participating in the Campaign, the Customer agrees to release and hold Etiqa harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly the participation in the Campaign.
  15. Notwithstanding anything herein, Etiqa has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign.
  16. If Etiqa subsequently determines that a person is in fact not eligible to participate in this Campaign, for any reason whatsoever, Etiqa may at its discretion, disqualify that person and cancel the Sign-up Gift and/or Prize won without prior notice.
  17. The use of the Sign-up Gift and/or Prize is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the merchant or retailer supplying the Sign-up Gift and/or Prize. The Sign-up Gift and/or Prize recipient should check with the respective merchant/retailer for details. Etiqa makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose, or for the use or consumption thereof or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to any Sign-up Gift and/or Prize.
  18. Etiqa shall not be liable for and assumes no liability or responsibility for any of the following: (a) non-performance or defects in the Sign-up Gift and/or Prize and/or (b) any loss, damage, expense, liability and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever caused arising from the use, consumption and/or enjoyment of the Sign-up Gift and/or Prize. Any such dispute relating to the Sign-up Gift and/or Prize should be resolved directly with the merchant/retailer and Etiqa shall have no liability with regard to such dispute.
  19. Etiqa may at its sole discretion at any time change the terms of the Campaign, or substitute or replace the Prize with any other prize of equal or higher value, without prior notice.
  20. Etiqa’s decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Campaign, including awarding of the Prize to participant, shall be final and binding on all Customers and all parties concerned. Etiqa is not obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person concerning the Lucky Draw.
  21. The terms and conditions of the Campaign shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
  22. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001, to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
  23. This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please contact us or visit the General Insurance Association (GIA) or SDIC websites (www.gia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg).
